J. Daniel Sarmiento
Director of the Hispanic Youth Institute, Maryland & Virginia
Daniel is responsible for the implementation of the Virginia and Maryland Hispanic Youth Institutes.
Before joining the Fund, Daniel worked as an operations manager of a personal finance company in Phoenix, Arizona. He also volunteered as a youth pastor in Southern California for several years and established mentorship programs to provide a network of support for high school and college students.
Daniel graduated Summa Cum Laude with his bachelor's degree in business management from Hope International University in Fullerton, California.
